I came home to no heat and filed a complaint with the city. Too bad I may not hear from anyone for 72 hours. I should have filed on Good Friday.
Those stingy bitches should know better than to mess with me.

I can't believe your landlords turned the heat off in March. You can't declare winter heating days "over" until at least mid-April, if not early-June. At least, not at New York's latitude.
(In Montana it's illegal to evict anyone or turn off heat in the winter months, even if tenants don't pay any bills at all.)
