thought of the day, 10.5: heat follow-up

I came home to no heat and filed a complaint with the city. Too bad I may not hear from anyone for 72 hours. I should have filed on Good Friday.

Those stingy bitches should know better than to mess with me.

I can't believe your landlords turned the heat off in March. You can't declare winter heating days "over" until at least mid-April, if not early-June. At least, not at New York's latitude.

(In Montana it's illegal to evict anyone or turn off heat in the winter months, even if tenants don't pay any bills at all.)

Don't get dead.

That is all.
